Using state-of-the-art placement equipment, screen printers and reflow ovens, PSL delivers surface mount assembly solutions across a wide range of applications. Our flexible manufacturing setup allows us to accommodate both standard and highly specialised requirements.
Across our nine production lines, we utilise a range of pick-and-place machines offering complete flexibility, with board sizes up to 1.5 metres and placement speeds of up to 140,000 components per hour. This enables us to support both high-volume and complex assembly projects efficiently.
We can accommodate surface mount, through-hole/surface mount hybrids, and a wide range of substrates including FR4, ceramic, metal, flex and flex-rigid. Assemblies may include passive devices down to 01005 alongside large fine-pitch and BGA packages within the same build.
Our front-end engineering process provides customers with verification that reflow profiles are within acceptable parameters, ensuring components are not subjected to thermal stress. Once established, these controlled processes deliver a high level of repeatability across ongoing production runs.
